It's pretty impressive the amount of college golfers coming out of Charlotte. There are quite a few listed here, and I know there are many more that aren't in here yet. This might be the strongest class yet. In recent memory 2002, 2009, and 2011 were well represented, but 2013 takes the cake.
FYI - UNC-G prefers UNCG Spartans or UNC-Greensboro Spartans as members of the Southern Conference (SoCon) in case you need to know having existed since 1891.
We do not have hangups or confusion using UNC for our AD although we already have the private 4 year coed Greensboro College since 1838 thus we must make the distinction.
May we suggest your city start its own private 4 yr Charlotte College and your UNC AD confusion problem will be solved.
Confucius say a confused simpletons mind is a terrible thing to waste.
Ty - UNCG Spartan Jr and grad of Butler HS
You can add Luke Morrison from Northside Christian Academy. He signed today to play basketball at West Point.
