How porter ridge can be ranked as a top 10 4A team when they haven't played a 4A school

How dose porter ridge get to ranked in to ten in 4A polls when they haven't played a 4A school

So if you we're 0-6 but played all 4a schools you should be ranked? Also porter ridge is about 35 kids from being a 3a school. They were state runner up last year and made western nc finals the year before. This would require beating 4a schools. They are a good football team!! Also check you grammer!
