I will never understand schools that post publicly who got a position without first calling the other interviewers and thanking them for coming in but we are going in a different direction. Don't you at least owe that to them? This is why a place like Garinger struggles to be successful. The leadership does not understand how to treat people. Be first class in all that you do and treat people the way you want to be treated.

Its funny how this happen because when i saw coach anthony a few months ago he told me he was going to be coaching the boys team next year so the job was already his from jump. Im happy with the decision because he's a great coach.

Curious, wasn't he at Berry as the head boy's coach for only a year? and then the girl's coach at Garinger for only a year? What gives?

Principal at Berry didn't want any former coaches still at Berry from previous awesome Principal. Had nothing to do with Coach Anthony other than fiefdom. He's a good guy.

he is a probly the best coach garinger has had in years now I am not saying he is dean smith by any means but he will do a better job then the last few hires I agree cms doesn't invest in there sports like they should but not shocked they don't even pay there teachers what other states pay so I see why they struggle

Too many CMS Athletic Directors
are just plain lazy and incompetent.
Not to mention at some schools they
buckle to parental pressure.
