United Faith's Braxton Ogbueze battles Raleigh's Rodney Purvis in battle of top of nation's top prep players (VIDEO)


United Faith's Braxton Ogbueze matched up with Raleigh Upper Room guard Rodney Purvis last week in the Falcons' final game of the season. Purvis is a McDonald's All-American and an N.C. State signee.

United Faith beat Upper Room on the road 74-61. Ogbueze, signed to Florida, finished with 28 points, seven assists and two rebounds. Ogbueze's teammate, Indiana 7-foot recruit Peter Jurkin, went for 17 points and 20 rebounds.

Upper Room beat United Faith, again in Raleigh, in a holiday tournament in December 66-61. Purvis scored 17 in that game. Ogbueze had 20 in that game.

Horrible footage obviously he can't finish at te basket after the crossovers. Rodney is a better player to me
